2. Eligibility for Treatment

  • Cryolipolysis is not suitable for everyone.
  • You must be 18+ to receive treatment.
  • You must complete a consultation form honestly and accurately.
  • We may decline treatment if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable for you.
  • You must notify us of any medical conditions, medication, or recent procedures.

Common contraindications include (but are not limited to): pregnancy/breastfeeding, uncontrolled medical conditions, hernias, cold sensitivity disorders, or certain skin conditions. Full details will be discussed during consultation.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment (if applicable).
  • Full payment is due on or before the date of treatment.
  • Payments are processed securely via our payment provider; we do not store card details.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

To respect our time and other clients:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Late cancellations may result in a loss of deposit.
  • No-shows may be charged the full appointment cost or refused future bookings.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary (e.g., staff illness, equipment issues).

5. Treatment Results & Expectations

  • Results vary from person to person based on lifestyle, body composition, and aftercare.
  • Cryolipolysis is not a weight-loss treatment and is intended for body contouring only.
  • We do not guarantee specific results.
  • Multiple sessions may be recommended for optimal outcomes.
  • Following aftercare advice is essential for best results.

6. Health, Safety & Liability

  • You are responsible for providing truthful, accurate medical information before treatment.
  • Failure to disclose relevant information may increase health risks.
  • Fatbusters Flitwick will not be liable for adverse reactions or complications caused by undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
  • We hold appropriate insurance for all treatments provided.

7. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access
  • Disrupt or harm the operation of the site

We aim to keep the site accessible at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel your appointment.

  • Any price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the treatment in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
